Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

By using the 1vAll website (www.1vall.us) or our Rust servers you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who we are

1vAll is a Rust PvP community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facepunch Studios. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios.

Accounts

You sign in with Steam. You are responsible for activity on your account. Perks and ranks apply to the Steam account that received them.

Fair play and conduct

Fair play is our goal. Cheating, exploiting bugs, abusing the reporting system or harassing others can lead to warnings, removal of perks, or bans from the servers and site. Rank and perk removal for rule violations does not entitle you to a refund.

Store and perks

• Purchases are processed by PayNow, and perks are delivered to the Steam account you signed in with.
• Lifetime VIP applies to one Steam account only and cannot be transferred.
• Skinbox only works in TC-owned areas and cannot be used to reskin sets between roams.
• Perks and prices may change over time. Features marked as coming soon are not guaranteed to be available yet.
• If something goes wrong with an order, open a support ticket on our Discord and we will review it.

Creator program

Creator perks are for content creators who play on our servers and are approved through a Discord support ticket. Linked channels must belong to you. Creator perks can be limited or removed for abuse.

Content and data

Leaderboard stats, match history and linked creator channels are displayed publicly. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

The site and servers are provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or availability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, bans enforced under these rules, or changes to the servers, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site or servers after a change means you accept the new terms.
